Hilton at the Waterfront + The Community Church - Gabrielle + James Wedding - 9.5.09

Preparations: The Marriott, Newport Coast, CA
Ceremony: The Community Church, Corona Del Mar, CA
Reception: Hilton at the Waterfront, Huntington Beach, CA
Gown: The White Dress, Corona Del Mar, CA by Elizabeth Fillmore
Cake: Tomgirl Baking Company, Huntington Beach, CA

Gabby was Paolo's co-worker at his last. Before Paolo left for South Korea, Gabby and James hired us to photograph their wedding. Good thing, Paolo came back home just in time for their wedding. We had a blast doing it and enjoying the great band of The Creepers. They played some great 80's songs where no one would leave the dance floor (including us). The next day they left for their honeymoon to St. Martin and Belize. Enjoy the sneak peeks below.

shoes, shoes, shoes.. waiting for feet =)

Peek a boo Gabby.. she was just glowing and excited that morning.

the lighting in the room was amazing. i so heart it.

her dress was beautiful on her. different and unique details.

my friends of Perfect Arrangements did a fab job on the flowers. vibrant array of flowers.

the boys getting ready too.

the shoes found the feet it belonged too =P

now, now boys. she's a married woman now =)

the ring bearer was just a cutie. look at that face.

their transportation was awesome and a first for us. it was the OC Cruiser bus. such a california theme, they even played beach boys music in here. so cool!!

yes, i know you can see me in the mirror. a little souvenier for the bride and groom of yours truly.

absolutely my fav shot of the day. this hotel had wonderful lighting and decor to photograph.

the cake topper has been in Gabby's family for 3 generations. this wedding had some details of both Gabby and James' families that showed for strong and lasting marriages. beautiful!!

one of my favorite moments in a wedding are the dances with the parents. the emotions and expressions on the parent's faces are just timeless.

catch the bouquet ladies!

the MAOLO signature ending photo with the B+G. the peace sign was to commerate the welcome home for paolo back from korea. in some asian countries they love throwing the peace sign when taking photos. =) congrats you two! we wish you all the best and happiness. let us know when you have some "grand babies" heehee
